Every student in Years 3 to 6 at Columba Catholic Primary School is asked to bring an iPad to

school however the SCHOOL APPS are taken care of for you.

 

It is important that parents know that students DO NOT need an Apple ID username and password to use their iPad at school. Any apps that a student is required to download for use in the classroom will be downloaded and installed for the students in the first two weeks of term 1 each year. Apps are automatically pushed out to student iPads using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system during class.  We will never expect students to download an app on the spot at school to use that same day. As a result of this, students do not need an apple ID.

Please note that the first two weeks of each school year is an 'iPad orientation period' during which your child's iPad will be setup for school AT SCHOOL. This means the only work you need to do is purchase the iPad and it's cover, and send it to school with your child.

Your child's iPad will be setup to work seamlessly between home and school.
